Just had a terrible experience with this management company. Reserved a 3 week vacation for 2025 after spending hours researching and making arrangements with friends to join us. I accepted the strict non refundable cancellation (agreed to lose over $2,000 if "I" canceled or changed) and received a confirmation of our reservation. The next day I received a call from Latitude8. They said a technical error on their part resulted in the property's actually rate being twice what was posted and agreed upon in the reservation.... read more

Latitude 8 is professional and really cares about their customers. They have beautiful, well-maintained properties and are very attentive to the renters. I always look at their properties first when booking a vacation.

I feel bad for any property owners that work with Latitude 8. I wouldn’t want this review to affect them but people need to be aware when booking with Latitude 8. Communication with our property manager, Wes, was very poor. There were multiple unanswered texts, calls and emails. We had an issue with the sink draining and the pool heat didn’t work for a couple of the days. He did come fix the pool heat the afternoon I told him (after 3 texts and a call) but it took some time to get heated back up. We asked to be reimbursed fo... read more
