I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. The food is decent, and the atmosphere and location are great, but the service is incredibly slow every time I’ve visited. The last time I went, it took about 30 minutes just to have my order taken (the waiter actually approached two other tables who arrived after me first), and then another 30-40 minutes for my food to arrive. Had a department meeting and appreciated the attentive staff and great food.
Very short wait to be seated. Greeted with a friendly demeanor at the door. Host was upbeat and smiled with a welcoming greeting. Server was quick and correct. Fish and Chips was a great quality and a healthy portion. Fantastic tasting and filling. Bartender was spot-on with the drinks. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
Ordered online, kept adding time to how long it would take (15-20 minutes additional), was missing my sides which I didn’t realize until after I left unfortunately, and when I asked about the deal of the day (free cake) was told I had to click on the app to select it (checked after I left and there was no options for such). Not super pleased at all, don’t know if/when I’ll come back. Fish tacos were good at least.
