Make sure you ask the agent if they are selling homes in a designated flood zone, or if the home you are looking at has been flooded. These agent's are definitely aware they are doing just that and most homes are full of mold, be it in the AC bags underneath the house or in the walls. My advice, DO NOT BUY A MOBILE HOME at all in Port Orange

I recently sold my mobilehome through Latitude 29. Our salesperson Kildred was professional and she sold the house in 3 days. She was available for calls at all hours, calm under pressure with all the many delays. Because of the quick sale, professional photos were not required, and no lock box was installed (Items that were part of the commission cost). Stellar service! From the moment we met Kildred and Tara we were impressed! They both went above and beyond in obtaining our home near the water like we wanted! They both answered every question we had and were prompt and courteous in every interaction with us. We truly appreciate them and will certainly be using Kildred, Tara and Latitude 29 homes when we look to sell our home once all the upgrades are done. 5 million stars to this company.
