Literally walked in to ask a couple questions and the lady that was working there was so rude to me that I just turned around and walked back out. I would never do business with someone who talks to people this way. Local company should really reconsider hiring people who behave this way
Make sure you ask the agent if they are selling homes in a designated flood zone, or if the home you are looking at has been flooded. These agent's are definitely aware they are doing just that and most homes are full of mold, be it in the AC bags underneath the house or in the walls. My advice, DO NOT BUY A MOBILE HOME at all in Port Orange
