By far the best office staff and maintenance around!! Ashley really goes above and beyond for clients! Nothing but kind and helpful through the whole process!
I love the apartments they are so nice everything is quiet the ladies in the office are amazing and the maintenance men are so fast at their job.
So happy that management whoever took care of what needed to be done but these ppl that live here need to be more mindful amd respectful throwing the trash out I hope that never happens again but been here 14 years and every issue iv had has been solved thank you so much for being on side and doing what needs to be done oh and loving my daughter and giving her snacks after school I owe yall one!!! I was told we would get working dryers and washers but that was forever ago sorry hun I'm still waiting I know its not ur fault but also the fact that we never got out money back from paying yalls insurance and we had are own is just messed up on the company's part that shoes they are greedy also what's going on with the trash two weeks two long and I'm trying my hardest but I can't keep bringing it to my work hope they come like tomorrow! This apartment complex is neither up to fire safety code nor is it safe for natural disasters. Plenty of debris in the form of broken equipment, broken amenities i.e. dog park (broken metal fence) and abandoned furniture around entire complex. Been requesting since Dec 2024 for washer/dryer on-site facilities to be fixed and still hasn't been repaired (dryers dont dry, washing machines flood or dont produce water).
