Don't recommend it for anyone: Bad service, highly un-professional, waste of time and money and unnecessary mental stress. Went to her for ITIN documents certification, IRS rejected her certification saying she is not a certified agent. When I called and explained the situation and asked for refund for the fee I paid, she said she will issue the refund, over the 5 months I followed up with her around 10 times for the refund every time she said she will issue refund in few days. Se equivocaron al hacer las taxas. Tuve que pagar porque según ella fue error de dedo. Escribió cosas incorrectas y no se hacen responsables. Y todavía se enoja.
