the old man is rude and unprofessional they had me sitting out in the sun waiting on alignment while they just sitting up there talking and laughing for a good 20 minutes

Run for the hills, this place is a rip off! Very rude. There is nothing like customer service. Communication is horrible, no explanation or recommendation as to why the vehicle is still in red after alignment. The guy does not want to answer any question. They do the service, park your vehicle, ask you for the money and they watch your every move like you are about to run away! You have to ask for the alignment before and after paper/receipt. The 2 ladies and the gentleman took care of us, we had 2 tires changed and alignment. I loved that they give you the print out of the alignment and the gentleman explains the graphic to you; eventhough I worked at a bodyshop and I understand about the needs/process of a vehicle, it was very reassuring and it gives that trust that the alignment was completed correctly. Hands down definitely coming back.
