Let me begin by saying before this experience I brought my car here for repair or tire needs for the past 5+ years. About 2 weeks ago I had an alternator replaced on my car. 0 stars! Bought 4 used tires last Friday., August 18th, 2023. Today Friday August 25th, got valve stem replaced that they tore. Leaked air all week down to 18 psi. Took tire in today, thinking it needed to be repaired. They replaced valve stem and charged me the full TEN DOLLARS to fix a flat!! Said it was my valve stem and I tore it!?! I’ve been coming here for years BUT this experience I got from a white shirt guy with a beard has made me NEVER wanting to come here again I got 4 used tires from them within 3 months and my front right tire blew out after he level my tires out after I asked him to check for nails because my tire pressure light was on .
