I wish I could give this place 0 stars, management doesn’t cater to customers needs, only monetary value. The operational standards here are concerning. It appears that only one person is actually licensed. When the comptroller or city officials arrive for routine checks the staff seems to get tipped off masking the fact that the rest are operating without credentials. The organization is non existent.
