I thought I left a review the last time I visited!! I’ve been coming to the Latino Jewelers for a while now, I used to live right across the street in the old apartments. Since then I have moved to a house and I tried another jeweler in my new area, I took a necklace for a repair and I was so unhappy with the repair work as well as customer service.. Purchased here before when gold was at its highest and went to purchase the same thing now that golds a little cheaper and tell me why this dude tried to charge me 4xs the amount. Also purchased earrings and he told me they weighed a gram and when I go home to scale out the gold it weighed way less. He was weighing the gold with the plastic tag on so it weighed more! Very unethical behavior and shady jewelers.
What horrible place. I went to ask to make my ring smaller and the guy that was there he refused to make it smaller. He said if I make it smaller then I would go back to make it bigger. Very very rude.
I've been coming here for years! Never had an issue not sure why they don't have more 5 star reviews. I have met the family throughout those years and they have always treated me with the the upmost respect and integrity and that's hard to find these days.
I would give this place a zero. I had came in from a Tik tok video I seen. I went in to get a bracelet for my son who I had lost giving birth too in November. I explained to the female that was trying to sell me something. I picked a bracelet to put his name on. I was given a price of 1100 then 800 then I asked what are the lower ones?
