One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical office. My main concern was getting my medication refilled. Instead of helping me with that, I felt pressured to have blood work done even after I explained that my specialist had already completed the necessary tests. The staff were very rude and dismissive throughout my visit. Rather than addressing my immediate need, my medication refill was delayed by 10 days. They do excellent work, and all the Dr. are very courteous.
