I do not recommend this place for notary purposes. My paperwork wasn’t done correctly, I called for a solution and no solution was given at all other than we’ll call you back to see how we can go about it. Until this day I have not received the call. Lack of accountability and professionalism.
Price is good, they do taxes efficiently but they never answer the phone. If you use them, pray that you don't have issues later down the line (like me) after doing your taxes because you will not get anyone's help
El servicio ha desmejorado mucho cuando tienes algun problema con los impuestos llamas a pedir informacion y sientes que no te prestamo atencion. Te dicen que despues te devuelven la llamada y te que das esperando.
La peor experiencia de todas. Nunca contestan el teléfono, y si vas allá no te ayudan a menos que tengas una cita. Tienes que averiguar por tu cuenta cómo conseguir una, porque como dije, nunca contestan. Gente, ahórrense el tiempo y vayan a otro lugar donde realmente se preocupen por ustedes, sus impuestos y su dinero. Worst experience ever.
