It was my 1st time at this salon. I was nervous because I’m a woman of color & a natural hair girlie. If you know, you know. I haven’t got my hair blown out in 4 years, if not longer. Also I have thick/coarse hair. Idalia was very nice & welcoming. She definitely knew what she was doing & took care of my hair. That meant the world to me. Hola bueno mi esperiecia ahi no fue buena cuando saque mi cita ma dijeron que por cortar mi pelo serian 20 dolares y por un tratamiento iban a ser 30 dolares y hoy que fui a hacerme mis servicios la persona que me atendio me cobro muy caro me cobro 140 doares y me dijo que cobro eso porque me seco el pelo nunca me dijo que eso se cobraba aparte pense que era parte delservicio porque me pregunto que si quetia que me secara el pelo y le dije que si pero nunca imaguine que seria tanto. I got there without an appointment and someone helped me right away. Idalia did such a great job on my hair. She asked me what I wanted and how and she made it happen. She washed my hair and gave me beautiful layers. I recommend this place and obviously Idalia is your girl!
I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years today I went there and I guess the manager or whoever she is she assigned a new kid maybe he's like 22 or 20 years old or maybe 19 he doesn't even how to hold the clipper enter another barber she came in and she told him what to do this is so disrespectful and you cannot have kids learn how to do haircut on customers I will never go back to this place.
