They botched my haircut, and when I went back the next day to have it fixed, they charged me all over again.
Service is the best that I found in the area. I have been here many times and have yet to have one of those oops or ouch moments. Special tip: If you go, ask for Raquel. Do not side in anybody else's chair. Not to say others aren't qualified and skilled. I am just saying if you want the customer service that I received, sit in her chair. Very courteous, polite, and takes pride in her work.
