Horrible Customer service I wish I can give -1, Jacobo did 4 lines of extensions in my hair and did a very poor job, extensions came out the very next day, I called him to fix them and he reattached the line according to him it will be good this time but no, the hair came out again in two separate lines he charged $330.00 to do a poor job and said that he only can take cash or Zelle he won’t let you pay with a card bc he knows well you cannot dispute Zelle payments or cash, such a good scam for him I texted him regarding the... read more
