We bought a 1920s home with cracks in the living room floor. Taylor showed up right when he said he would, explained how he’d lift the slab with concrete piers, then got to work. He kept me in the loop each morning—no surprises—and wrapped up two days early. Now the floor is rock-solid, and I don’t see sunlight through those old cracks anymore.
