Haven’t even been in the building yet Spent 15 minutes talking to an automated person that got information then sent me to a real person to repeat the same information. The actual real person, the human being was beyond rude. Short with me, did not answer any of my questions. I would definitely recommend searching for other doctors before going to this one, and I haven’t even stepped in the building
Got a bill for $200 billing insurance With the wrong information which caused me to have out-of-pocket expenses now this is the second time this is happened. Will never go back. Diagnosis was billed for two surgeries, but only one surgery was done. And the 2nd surgery didn’t work ablation to my back now seeing a doctor in Florida who said I didn’t need the ablation just trigger point injections. And the doctor here in Florida said I shouldn’t be feeling the pain where he was injecting me if the ablation had worked
Worst pain mgt ever!! I've had to suffer waiting for a pshc evaluation to try a simulator since Sept!! Dr. Has never even reached out to even try to treat my pain. I've had 3 back surgeries and now my hardware is loose!! Any suggestions??
