Had a scheduled appointment and waited close to 2hrs. Walked up to the counter to find out what was taking so long. The answer given was that she was taking her time with patients. When I first walked in the office they didn't find me in their system for an appointment due to computer upgrade. Appointments didn't transfer over for some reason.
