I needed a plumber to come and install my new tankless water heater. It’s getting really hard to find a plumber in eastern NY. He came over on a Saturday and got it done. It was a big job. I now have all the hot water I need. He is a real expert at his craft. I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else!
I called because our water pressure was low and he told me how to fix it (too embarrassing to say) instead of coming out and charging me. I’m not even a customer of theirs. He saved us over $100! I will definitely call again when I actually need a plumber.
Responsive, fast, friendly and professional. Holds others and self to a high standard, looking forward to calling again when needed. Came same day (luckily was available) and replaced my #30 expansion tank and valve quickly after I noticed the water. Would recommend!
This master plumber is the best, full stop.
Hot water heater stopped working so I called late afternoon. He showed up by 10 the next morning. Hot water heater ended up being completely dead. Only took him 10 mins and never charged me
