Absolutely the biggest scam of company. For a 15 day delinquent account you have to have 375 for restoration fee so basically I payed 700 to get my electrical back on that is basically a quarter of my check. They are ruthless. Lathrop needs a new electrical company asap
Agree with others, this is a big scam company. Looting people in every possible way. Neverseen anyone charging service fee for a ACH payment
