Has anyone dropped off checks directly to the Lathrop staff and had those check magically disappear? This has happened twice in less than a year. If it happens once, okay, but two times and more something shady is happening here. I agree with the folks labeling this company as shady and scammy. The staff looks very untrustworthy, I have never had this issue with any utility company. I have reported them to Chase and will continue up the chain with my complaint.
