I was referred to Lathrop for builders insurance for a new home while it was being built. I was considering a very good online company. Spoke with Dan, he said it was a good company and price. Fast forward a yr. I called them for car, homeowners and umbrella. With a major carrier, they were 4k lower than the next 2 quotes ( the house is by the water). Aaron was responsive, polite, and very knowledgeable. Thank you guys.
