When you phone in the morning exactly on 8 you are caller 1 /2 for some reason they cut you off? But there is call back option by which time the appointments are gone. The regular doctors only work on a Friday? All the other times are locums who can be nice but palm you off with a prescription. Was so nice when I first joined. Shame it's gone downhill They need an online appointment service like most modern gp practices.

Receptionist staff are polite and very helpful.
