Firstly they are rude and secondly when we ask for appointments due to immense health issues they wont give you appointment for days and if we ask for emergency they will end up saying go to hospital. Whats the point of having GP then and lastly if u want want to save your life and want better cure please don’t go there.

I am writing to make a formal complaint about the way I was treated by one of the receptionists at your GP surgery. I recently called the practice to ask for a reminder of the date and time of an upcoming appointment. The receptionist told me she couldn’t find any information about the patient in the system. I'm appalled by the GP practice's appointment system, which left me feeling helpless and worried about my 9-month-old baby's health. Being told that the earliest appointment available is in 20 days is unacceptable, especially when my baby is showing signs of distress. As a parent, it's my expectation that my child receives timely medical attention when they're unwell. The current system fails to provide this basic level of care, forcing me to look elsewhere for urgent support.
