Update: The clinic contacted me to apologise and offered to make things right. I was really impressed by how much they care about their patients and their quick response to my concerns. I truly appreciate their professional attitude and for looking after us. This was my second visit to this clinic. During our first visit last year, the female vet had already reviewed my cat’s medical history before the appointment, even though it was only for vaccination, and conducted a very thorough check. Can’t thank Dr Suna and the team enough. They saved our sick Iggy Vinny and have continued to support him through his sickness that was difficult to detect. We had tried emergency hospital, lots of tests and weeks of unknown what was wrong with him, he almost died but Dr suna got him on a treatment plan and he is happy and healthy again. They are always amazing to deal with, friendly staff and show so much affection to your fur babies 🥰
