Ridiculous wait times
Dr Chang is awesome, a nice family run GP that's very popular. Dr Chang is very knowledgeable and has been my family doctor despite us moving out of the area years ago. We drive 25 minutes to see him, and will continue to rather than change GPs.
It's honestly sad that I'm posting this review here. I have been seeing Dr Chang ever since I was a child. My parents used to take me to see him but now as an adult in his 20s, I see him on my own terms. As a child and teenager I had no problems with him. He did his job and he was kind. Now as an adult it's become obvious he has something against me. There are three separate times he messed up my paperwork and wouldn't take accountability for it.
