As an avid customer, Lather has been extremely attentive to my needs and has helped me and my friends order items when not in stock at the store to our houses. Lather has cruelty-free items at an extremely affordable price, and you are able to test out most of the items in store.
Customer service here is amazing! Millie, the store manager, was so helpful with my order. The products are amazing too!
The team working here at Lather Fairfax is phenomenal. I am specifically writing this review for Sofia. I had the pleasure of visiting the store and being introduced to Lather products a couple of weeks ago. Sofia took her time explaining each and every product, and suggesting appropriate products for my skin type and needs.
