Dr McCall is wonderful . He took his time and explained exactly he was doing as he was doing it. He made sure I was doing good all the way through the procedure. I highly recommend the Raleigh neurology clinic.
The doctor and staff have been wonderful to help me with my terrible back problem. I have a back brace that I can wear, but more importantly they’re giving me shots and they’re going to do an ablation to burn the nerves to give me some relief for hopefully a year or more. Everything is trying to prevent me from having major back surgery as I am 71 years old and this is the best approach for me. I had a wonderful experience! Dr. McCall was so nice. My treatment was quick and he explained everything that he was doing. He made me feel so comfortable. We started talking about other things and before I knew it he was done. I recommend this practice 100 percent.
Very professional, caring and concerned. I felt heard and seen. Great bedside manner.. He explained everything to me. His staff from the front desk to his nurse took great care of me. His nurse Alyssa was thoughtful and sweet. I called for an emergency appointment and they fit me in and helped relieve my pain which was really severe. I left out of there feeling great. Thank you Dr. McCall.
Dr. McCall and his staff were very professional., concerned and caring. He answered all my questions and ensured that I understood the procedures I was going through. He was very thorough and very attentive. His nurses were wonderful, friendly and approachable. I recommend him to anyone looking for a pain specialist.
