WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I strongly recommend not to go here even for taking a look at the community. Old lady working in the office is very mean and tells you a hundred rules of staying in the community. Very unprofessional and rude. Go here only if you want to get humiliated by an old lady in office!

Old lady working in the office is very mean and tells you a hundred rules of staying in the community. Very unprofessional and rude. They asked us to leave our driver’s license in the office to take an apartment tour. No one has ever done that to us and we visited at least 9 communities around in search of an apartment. Go here only if you want to get humiliated by an old lady in office!
Create evidence for *everything* from not recieving a spare key on move in, to damage on move in, to loopholes on their lease, because these people have perfected the dismissal of verbal evidence. Overpriced for what you get, passable or not. You can hear everything every neighbor does, that reddit thread sugarcoats things. If your upstairs neighbor has the walking patterns of a toddler like mine, if they cant hold their liquor; that is what you hear 24/7 No dumpster.
