My provider Kelsey has been kind, compassionate, and understanding. Never rude or condescending of any questions. My biggest concern is that they have a 15 minute appointment limit, even as a new patient, resulting in me having to come back multiple times and pay my copay everytime when it could be addressed in 1 visit. Kelsey is wonderful but is up against high volume patient demands and it does end up feeling a little rushed and I dont feel I have time to process and ask questions I have.
