Doc latha and staff is so friendly. My family primary physician from past 6 years totally worth.
Even I had the same bad experience, after waiting for 1+ hour, Dr Latha spent just exact 2 min for physical exam just checked heart beat and breast check, that's it, she said she will update the portal. Asked to give the blood for lab work, I had couple of issue for that she just said will see the blood work. Very disappointed... I have been going there for several years for annual checkup.
I recently visited this clinic for a blood workup to check my vitamin levels, and my experience was beyond disappointing. I arrived on time, yet the staff made me wait for over an hour without any explanation or updates. The lack of communication was both frustrating and unprofessional. When I finally saw the doctor, she spent less than 5 minutes with me. She didn’t take the time to understand my concerns or even give me an opportunity to discuss my issues in detail.
