This place is going downhill fast. I've been a patient for 10 years and my last visit will truly be my last. They don't listen to your symptoms or give you the help you need. It used to be personalized care, now they herd you through like cattle. It will suck having to switch doctors but I can't trust these folks with my well being any longer. Main issue with this office is the communication. They do not pickup the call, tried for a month. They do not callback, they do not check voicemail. Their automated voice response sends you a link to book the appointment which the office do not honor. They do not respond to messages on patient portal. I am an established patient for this doctor, still had to go through all these issues.
Doc latha and staff is so friendly. My family primary physician from past 6 years totally worth.
