Sweetest, most caring nurse and physician I've ever experienced. Quick service, thorough treatment, and everything was explained very well from beginning to end. The staff made me feel at ease after I was attacked by a stray cat and was scared. I highly recommend this location for your Urgent Care needs.

Our adult son suffered a psychotic episode. We took him to a local hospital. Then he was sent to North Bay. He was there for the 72 hours plus one half day. If we are in need of finding a placement for him in the future we will NOT choose North Bay. Some of our reasons are: 1. North Bay doctors did not share information about diagnosis and treatment (even after release of information was signed by him). 2. Was there in the ER this afternoon with a n elevated blood pressure considered by AHA as hypertension crisis. I waited from 2:30-7:30 and a I was seen only by triage nurse. I've seen patient taken in with lesser serious condition. I patiently waited because I was informed that I'll be the next to be taken in but somebody else was called. I started to wonder if they know how to determine which is more critical.

AVOID ER here unless you enjoy being bankrupt and stressed out! I went for stitches which were done SEVEN HOURS after I got there, then the PA told me I had "waited too long".They blamed it on being busy. They were when I got there, but not for 7 hours. I had the flu, which caused me to pass out (not uncommon). They ordered CT scans without my having been seen by a Dr. and they think this is medically and ethically appropriate as their "level of care."
