Lisa was very friendly and patient with us as we tried the different mattresses. She took the time to understand our preferences and recommend us. Not pushy at all and didn't try to steer us to more expensive mattresses because she was more concerned about us getting a mattress that was suitable. Really like the adjustable bed frame and the mattress is so comfortable.
After a month I am still so satisfied with my new mattress! I am a side sleeper with nerve issues and minor back pain. I purchased the Pure Comfort in S/F/S and my sleep quality is so much better. I am no longer waking up in the middle of the night with pins and needles, I can feel how supported my spine is and I am just so pleased that I made this investment, it was totally worth the money spent. Wow! What a product! The Pure Comfort is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on. The only thing I am sorry about is that I didn’t buy one sooner! I’m also loving the adjustable base, brilliant! The whole sales process was seamless, from the initial professional presentation right through to delivery and set up. A huge thank you to Jessica and her team. If I could give more than five stars I would!
OMG! The seams I am dreaming! I’ve had several latex beds over my time alive on earth, but this one is truely next level. So glad I got the firm one!
