Purchasing was easy. Comforter quality is excellent quality and weight for us. Delivery of product not so good. Delivery in this instance 2 stars Ordered July 31 Received Aug 12. Fed Ex keeps saying product is out for delivery however no movement out of warehouse for DAYS… I sent in a claim to fed ex ON Sunday received pkg Tuesday, reason for delay bar code info unreadable, box was torn and taped up. I guess because box is soft, it lead to damage as it moved along the system making bar code unreadable
Purchasing was easy. Comforter quality is excellent. Delivery of product terrible. Sent email to Latest Bedding they responded same as Fed Ex giving same delivery date and time as FED EX! Oh my eyes deceive me, brother. NO help. I could see there was a problem. Why could Latest Bedding not see that. I contacted LB again. Will get back to you Monday. No LB did not. Do not order from this company their products are inferior and the return charge is exorbitant. I’m sure they make it that way to try to make you keep the item and not give you a credit.
My purchase was beautiful. I loved it! But, the comforter was very heavy and I live in the south so it did not work for me! I have been trying to return both the comforter and Euro pillow insets. I requested a return label a week ago. I requested a return label for the comforter 4 days ago. At first I was sent one return label and told to make 2 copies and place on both boxes. UPS will not accept the same label on 2 different boxes. I still cannot get the label! I will never do business with this company again. Sad, because ... read more
