I was recovering from COVID and hadn’t been able to take care of my hair. When I tried to book an appointment, no one answered my call, so I reached out on Instagram. Instead of being welcoming or professional, they asked for pictures of my hair and my hair goals, only to criticize the condition of my hair—something I was already aware of. I reached out because I needed a stylist’s help, not unnecessary judgment. The process was made way more complicated than it needed to be.

I’ve been there first client but they don’t give the same service when you become a regular . Anna’s attitude sucks and she’s sarcastic .she ruined my sisters hair that I referred and gaslight her into thinking it was what she wanted . Two entitled people whose husbands opened their salon for them. Never again xx and I don’t need to be anonymous . Don’t ever do your lashes there unless you want to look like a hot mess . I’ve been going to L’atelier Rose for the past two years and I can’t see myself going elsewhere. Since I started going there, my hair has been growing in the nicest and healthiest way. If you’re looking for a transformation or simply a haircut, Anna is your go-to girl. Not only does she take care of her clients in a very respectful way, she also listens to what you want and does her best to give you the results you asked for. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and every time had a great experience! Cristina has mastered my hair blonde, to red to brown without ever damaging my hair. Salon is always clean and ran smoothly. Everyone is welcoming and happy to see you. Soo happy I found this gem when I moved to Lachine!!
