love this knitting store! I'm new to knitting and have made many mistakes. Robin has been extremely patient and helpful. Karen and Theresa have also been very helpful and kind. they are attentive to my needs and even offered advice after hours. They go above and beyond. I also appreciate the community they have brought together. The other members are helpful and hanging out there to knit is always enjoyable. Beautiful selection of yarn and knowledgable staff. My complaint comes from a recent experience trying to order a specific ball of yarn. I placed the order in early December and was required to prepay. I was also informed that due to the upcoming holiday, I was likely to receive the yarn in early January. I accepted the terms, paid, and waited. In mid-January I stopped by the store to check in on my order. I was informed that it hadn’t arrived and they would reach out when it did. Take a stroll down the Riviera Village... looking for a garment , for yourself or as a gift I found this place to be a treasure. It's best for yarn, needles, books , hands on how to knit taught in person with patience and care for a yearly fee. Extremely busy on Saturdays. There's a bunch of fun yarn for all projects, and match buttons to giveit a pizzaz.
