Doctor Lateef was very friendly, polite, understanding and helpful.
More than 1 hr and 45 mins in office, time spend with doctor less than 5 min. I had to repeat symtomps to 4 people before reaching doctor. Billing department initial estimate of copayment $30, later received bill for $170, doctor wasn't the right tier for the insurance. Website to pay the bill sucks, I had to call in to pay. Great front desk customer service.
So far 1st visit I waited 1 hour and half to be seen I felt rushed and felt like the doctor was not listening to me at all
Reception staff and medical staff were all very pleasant . They provided all information I needed as a patient. Overall a very pleasant experience.
