I know this may be a lot to say, but Latecha is arguably the best Realtor in the city of Atlanta. She is extremely punctual and responsive during the process. She educated me on the process and eliminated any surprises. She listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. She continually exposes me to resources to help me get the job done. It was great working with Latecha. She helped me in a lot of ways. She aligned me with a great broker, she was patient (even when I was stressing out) she really looked out for me and listened to my wants and needs. She’s very caring and I now have a sisterhood with her. Not only did she help me find a house she was my sidebar Therapist (lol). We created so great memories while finding me a home.
