Horrible treatment, drop you like a fly if one appointment is missed, did this to my wife with an auto immune disease during Covid and have just done it to me, I pay everytime and attend regularly, hygienist every 3 months, I miss one appointment and i’m booted off their books. I called today as they had left me in pain after removing a tooth and they said I was removed without any notice or communication. Poor service.
I would give more but because the young blonde male dentist in his 30's (I can't remember his name but has a young assistant) is MAKING UNNECESSARY COMMENTS about a disabled young person and their teeth. We, parents and carers, are dealing with this 24h/7 days a week and still get a UNNECESSARY LECTURE FROM A RANDOM PERSON. SO PLEASE, REFRAIN FROM MAKING COMMENTS AT ALL, WE DON'T NEED IT. If i had a chance, I would move from the practice but I'm stuck. Also, there's no parking places for disabled people and no parking at all... read more
I have been with the practice for 30 years and all my children attend the practice and now my grandchildren attend I can say that I have had the best of care each visit all the staff are warm and friendly I highly recommend this practice
