Besides just being a genuinely kind and compassionate practitioner, Helen is so knowledgeable and practical in how she helps create a plan for you to succeed in your breastfeeding or pumping journey. So thankful it was recommended to us to see her! She has been a huge help with both our babies.
We saw multiple people from lactation consultants, midwives, etc when my newborn wasn’t latching and it wasn’t until we saw Helen when we saw a true difference. So grateful for her expertise! She made a huge difference in my breastfeeding experience thus far with all the unexpected issues.

Helen was so helpful! We went to our doctors for issues with gas and they just gave us reflux medication. But with the help of Helen, We got her on a new bottle, excersises and a chiropractor. Shes back to being comfortable and not arching her back or taking medication! Highly recommend!
