This office is in complete Disarray! For being a Doctors Office, keeping up with there patients records and labs isn’t there strong suit at all. I have to call several times just for them to call us back in regards to communication which is extremely poor by the way. We will be finding another Doctors Office right away!
I’m searching for a new doctor. Dr Lata WAS great until her patient load increased in the last year. Now it’s damn near impossible to be seen, get labs rescheduled to continue a medication that I’m now out of because she will not renew and now I’m going to be dealing with sickness from the withdrawals…last year when I was doubled over in pain she would NOT see me and only sent me a GI referral because I was calling daily and multiple times per day until someone was able to help me.
