Carrollton location- Pioneer - From reception to check-out, everyone was friendly and helpful. My check-in was quick and smooth. Doctor really listened, was straightforward and knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit.
I always see Lissy Joseph. She is so kind and knowledgeable. I love her!
They hang up on you and then blame phone problems. Sent an incomplete referral to another dr. When said dr called they once again hung up on her. Sends rx for only 1 refill then have to go thru the phone nightmare Horrible care and service. Don't waste your time!
Unprofessional staff, terrible service. Used to be great, but fell apart. Got relegated repeatedly to PA instead of my actual Dr., and I didn’t get along with the PA at all. The Dr. set my appointment out 6 months due to “good health and labs,” but then refused to fill my prescription which comes every 90 days without an appointment. One of many ways we didn’t get along.
