1 stars is too many, this office has no respect for your time, is EXTREMEMLY unorganized, and will blow up your phone to try and shuffle you in for a monthly check up. I am 35, in great health and do not need to see a doctor monthly. When i advised i did not want to do this monthly they then said they would have to withhold my prescriptions (that i need and have taken daily my entire life). I was able to convince them to do quarterly but then still they call you multiple times a week every month to tell you they have an open... read more
Don't go there !!!!! They will stop your medicine refill supply in order to force you in to an unnecessary meeting with a practitioner ( I never !!!! Met dr. Lata herself) in order to get more payment from you and from your medical insurance. Don't go ! You've been warned!!
Dr Lata Pablani is very knowledgeable, kind, and she really cares about your well being, she really takes the time to explain things to you and to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you Dr Pablani for your service and care
While I liked Dr Pablani, there’s no excuse for the numerous mistakes made by her nurse assistant. DANGEROUS mistakes included (not all listed): 1.turning in incorrect lab information resulting in a huge misdiagnosis -all while knowing I was being monitored by MD Anderson for metastasis of Ocular Melanoma 2.Had a MRI done that clearly stated on the report, a LARGE SPINAL CORD TUMOR - only to be referred to an orthopedic who only works on hips and knees.
