Unprofessional staff, terrible service. Used to be great, but fell apart. Got relegated repeatedly to PA instead of my actual Dr., and I didn’t get along with the PA at all. The Dr. set my appointment out 6 months due to “good health and labs,” but then refused to fill my prescription which comes every 90 days without an appointment. One of many ways we didn’t get along. I wish I could give zero stars for the terrible service provided by the front office. Don’t expect your concerns to be addressed by the manager either. They are consistently unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Despite multiple requests, they repeatedly schedule appointments with a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor, even after confirming several times that the appointment was specifically with the doctor. If you decline the service under these misleading circumstances, they still attempt to charge you for the appointment. ... read more
My husband and I went for the annual. The lab didn’t give the full report for both of us. For my husband - whole lipid profile and other important things were missing and for me all the vitamin tests were missing. These were ordered by the doctor. We contacted the lab and they didn’t know anything. We talked to the doctor and she just apologized and asked us to do it again in 3 months. We were charged full for the consultation afterwards to discuss half reports. Not a very pleasant experience!
