My husband and I went for the annual. The lab didn’t give the full report for both of us. For my husband - whole lipid profile and other important things were missing and for me all the vitamin tests were missing. These were ordered by the doctor. We contacted the lab and they didn’t know anything. We talked to the doctor and she just apologized and asked us to do it again in 3 months. We were charged full for the consultation afterwards to discuss half reports. Not a very pleasant experience!
My wife had a Pap smear in January. We met with the nursing assistant, who said that something abnormal was on the test, and they thought we needed to take a closer look. They informed us that they would set up an appointment with a gynecologist and let us know. A few months passed, and we didn’t hear back. RUN!!! The HMO referral process is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. They have no idea what they are doing and they were a massive waste of my time.
