Whenever I need a repair shop, I feel like a piece of fresh meat about to be skewered. Not so with Tim! He explains what is wrong, what caused the problem and what he'll do to fix it. He won't cut corners and explains the process for you to easily understand and make decisions about the repair. There are few shops over the 47 years of my trucking that I would trust and aim for, this is definitely one of them! Thanks Tim!
If you need any work done on a truck (or a bus in my case), this is the only place you need to call. Tim will bend over backwards to help you get going again, and he is very transparent with his pricing. No, it's not cheap. The man has years of experience and every piece of equipment needed to so every job imaginable. Cheap repairs are never cheap to begin with, and Tim's prices are reasonable and explained up front. Was shut down on the job for an electrical issue on my equipment and even though Tim had alot of work going on he jumped right into helping me, he diagnosed did way beyond what I’d expect anyone else to do. Within a short while using excellent techniques he had it diagnosed and repaired. Tim has one of the best personalities I’ve met on the road over the years of me doing this work. I thank and recommend his work!!
I broke down right by LAT with a flat tire on my 1996 RAV4. Even though they didn't have a tire small enough, Tim was excellent at helping me replace the bad tire with my spare. Tim was professional and eager to help with my predicament. If I ever need them for a non-emergency, I'll definitely be using their services.
LAT Automotive was a very pleasant place to have my big truck worked on! They gave me a free estimate and stuck to it. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Friendly staff.
