Dr. Makk is the most compassionate, attentive, caring, and BEST GI doctor in Louisville, KY! I have been seeing him for 15 years & he is one of my favorite all time doctors. I chose to have my 1st colonoscopy at age 45 (5 yrs prior to the recommended age of 50 by the CDC). Had I not done this, I would most likely not be alive today. Dr. Makk is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever met. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I was impressed by his medical expertise, but also his compassion and genuine care for his patients. Not many doctors combine professionalism with kindness. I highly recommend him if you want the Rolls-Royce of doctors. Or you could settle for a Ford Pinto! Your body - Your choice.
