Sad to make a negative review- but there's no refund policy- my only recourse is this review. The shuttle is over an hour late and my event tickets are almost null due to the wait. I could have taken a taxi but that's going to be an additional fee with a different company. Consider other options.
Completely unreliable. Do not rely on them to get you to your flight on time (or even at all!). They seem to have a habit of forgetting to pick people up. I made reservations several days in advance for rides from the airport to my hotel, and then from the hotel back to the airport. The ride from the airport to the hotel was fine. I checked in at the kiosk, they pulled up my reservation, and boarded me on the shuttle which left just a few minutes latter. Coming back, however, the shuttle never showed up. DO NO RECOMMEND!!! Do not use this service you're better off getting an Uber. Our flight was delayed, and we were told NO CHANGES AND NO REFUNDS!! Order a taxi or an Uber, this company just wants your money
I have chartered multiple buses from LAS for various business activities over the past few years. They have been great to work with! I usually work with Chris and he is responsive, thoughtful and communicates clearly. He is patient and receptive to all my requests and detailed questions. Now that I have found LAS, coordinating transportation for business activities is stress free, reliable, and, cost effective. I will definitely be back for our next trip. Keep up the great work, y'all!
I PREPAID A SHUTTLE FOR THE AIRPORT FROM THE GOLDEN NUGGET. AFTER WAITING MORE THAN 30 MINUTES, I CALLED AND SAID I WAS TAKING A CAB BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO BE LATE. THEY APPOLOGIZED AND SAID THEY'D REFUND MY MONEY. I GOT HOME AND I'M GETTING TEXTS TELLING ME MY SHUTTLE WILL BE THERE AT NOON TODAY!!! HOME FROM MY VACATION AND STILL FIGHTING WITH THE COMPANY THAT NEVER SHOWED UP !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I COULDN'T POST THIS UNLESS I GAVE THEM ONE STAR, THEY DESERVE NO STARS!!!
