You are better off using Uber. Driver didn't bother to show up. Had to call an Uber. Going to request a refund and if does my work. Charge back.

Terrible. My ride from the airport to the hotel was fine. My ride from hotel to airport, completely different story. First of all, the driver was twenty minutes late. Then he asked for a voucher. While I had been given one on the ride from airport to hotel, that driver had taken it. I was never given another one, despite having booked two trips, nor did any email or text communication or staff tell me that I should have one. Most professional. They will pick you up at your hotel on time. Like every where they are short on staff. As a result i waited at the airport for an hour and a half. They comped my tickets as s result.
