Bought shuttle services way in advance of our trip, the website asked for precise arrival time to schedule our ride.. cool. We arrived and are greeted by a man asking if we wanted car service or shuttle.. I said we have a shuttle scheduled.. he responds with "well I'm going to tell you right up front it's going to be at least 45 minutes to an hour to get a shuttle" but, he begrudgingly looked up our reservation at my insistence. I prepaid for 2 passengers. They blew off our appointment and couldn’t get us to airport in time for our flight. Can’t get through to anyone for a refund. Definitely will never use them again
Sad to make a negative review- but there's no refund policy- my only recourse is this review. The shuttle is over an hour late and my event tickets are almost null due to the wait. I could have taken a taxi but that's going to be an additional fee with a different company. Consider other options.
Completely unreliable. Do not rely on them to get you to your flight on time (or even at all!). They seem to have a habit of forgetting to pick people up. I made reservations several days in advance for rides from the airport to my hotel, and then from the hotel back to the airport. The ride from the airport to the hotel was fine. I checked in at the kiosk, they pulled up my reservation, and boarded me on the shuttle which left just a few minutes latter. Coming back, however, the shuttle never showed up. DO NO RECOMMEND!!! Do not use this service you're better off getting an Uber. Our flight was delayed, and we were told NO CHANGES AND NO REFUNDS!! Order a taxi or an Uber, this company just wants your money
