Highly disappointed and feel as though I got swindled by this firm! I was told during the phone consultation e.g. the selling point to get me to retain this firm that it, "shouldn't take more then an hour" to review/answer a few of my questions regarding/clarifying my HOA bylaws. These questions were about privacy screen authorizations, front yard vs backyard landscaping, and an architecture modification e.g. a patio door that is considered both interior/exterior (e.g. bylaws didn't contain any language about a modification ... read more
