I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience with your facility. The overall consensus is that the operation is extremely slow, and I believe the reviews I have seen accurately reflect this issue. On this occasion, it took two hours just to be assigned a dock door, and this was after the scheduled appointment time. Check in 1.30 pm Loaded 8.00 pm 6.30 hours for pick up load
Very slow. Appointment 10 am. I was there by 9:40 and get unloaded by 4 pm. 6 hours!!!!!!
If you get dock door #7, you better be an experienced driver, or else you won't get in. People are nice.
Do not accept loads to or from here. Youll sit here a whole day and deal with disrespect. Complete crap place
