Their Scale is OUT OF SERVICE so bring a recent scale ticket PRIOR to arrival or they will send you away to get one, Dock 6&7 are EXTREMELY tight to get into
I received confirmation from the broker for a 40,000 lb load, but the shipper loaded me with 44,000 lbs. I also had to wait 8 hours to get loaded. Based on this experience, I do not recommend that truck drivers pick up loads from this shipper. They regularly load trucks with a minimum of 42,000 lbs, which may exceed the agreed weight.
