This is one of the worst facilities I’ve ever been to. Horrible management, horrible conditions, and a horrible experience overall. I strongly recommend avoiding this warehouse at all costs if you value your time, your equipment, or basic professionalism.
This place is just complete mess. Total chaos for trucks going IN and OUT Too slow for unloading even on appointment time.
They’re only getting one star, because NO star or negative stars isn’t an option. This place is THE WORST to load at. Many years of being a dispatcher, and I’ve never had a driver run into so many issues. Driver today, was told to go to Door 2, couldn’t because it’s literal CHAOS there. Construction, boards laying around in the parking lot and docks with nails facing up, pipes busted and laying everywhere. I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience with your facility. The overall consensus is that the operation is extremely slow, and I believe the reviews I have seen accurately reflect this issue. On this occasion, it took two hours just to be assigned a dock door, and this was after the scheduled appointment time. The lack of efficiency and apparent disregard for drivers' time is very frustrating. Given this experience, I will not be returning to this location for future loads.
