Came back to the RV after a day of exploring and the vent cover was blown off from the wind. So fortunate that Mike was in the same campground ! He dropped what he was doing and came and fixed the vent. He was courteous, professional, quick and very reasonable for an emergency job. He even gave advice on another issue we had.
