Dianne was pleasant enough and a good esthetician. She recommend one of the best products I'd ever bought. Her bedside manner leaves something to be desired. I hope she can work on that. I did read the review of the guy who didn't think it was his problem when he missed his appointment. Wrong, she isn't a large Massage envy type of business so even one missed appointment is a big thing to an independent business person. This business has the worst customer service EVER!!! I purchased a groupon for 3 chemical peels and had one appointment thus far. Diane the owner is rude and lacking the customer service skills that it takes to please the customer. I've tried several times to inquire about evening appointments and it isn't possible. I recently had to reschedule an appointment and Diane got angry stating "you've left me in a bind here! Now I have a 45 minute appointment open"!
