I did not have a great experience at this place either. I too purchased a voucher for mani/pedi/massage. The place is very plain and dated looking which would not bother me if the service made up for it. I will give some credit where it's due: I found the staff very friendly and they use all new files etc for your mani/pedi. They even give you them to take home after.
