I didn’t like the haircut at all, she did it completely the opposite way than what I wanted, I feel like there is a language barrier with her, now my hair is just ugly and disappointing, I literally cried right after the haircut. Update: received a call from the owner, she was very nice, addressed the issue and offered me a credit. Hope there would be no more miscommunications with the barber again.

I have been going to Lasting Impressions the last 10 years. My stylist has been Courtney. She has cut and colored my hair, waxed and shaped and tinted my eyebrows thru the years. I have always been very happy with all she has done for me. She is an excellent colorist and is always patient with my haircuts. She is very kind and genuine caring person who goes above and beyond.
