The hair stylist was late opening and I was left to wait out inbthe cold. There phone said they opened at 9am and I was there about 10:45am. She showed up about 11:05am. She then took 3 hours to highlight my hair, wash it and cut it! I thought I'd never get out of there! And the color is brassy even though she put on a minimal amount of toner.
