I have to say we have dealt with them for years and im going to have to call BS Will Gandy!! They work hard to get you what you need and what you need fixed in a timely manner. Wonder if you are in lawn care etc business? It's hard for me to see you being anything but a real booger when it comes to customer service! Kinda ridiculous not to come and pick it up immediately after pitching a 2 year old temper tantrum! Keep up the good work all of you up there! Especially you Katrina!
Took my weed eater to these people and toldmd me it would be about a week to get it fixed its been a month had to order another part told me from beginning it just took one. On top of that the woman told me she had no idea when the part would be in. If you take equipment here, good luck getting it fixed.
